From Friday 1st October onward Kunal will enrich our teacher team. He says:
„It is through the union of body, mind and spirit that we find our true self.“
I took my first step on the yoga path at the age of eight: At that time, my parents felt that I should learn more and sent me to yoga camps. I am very grateful to them for this – from the very beginning I received their blessing on this path.
Although I had lost contact with the yoga practice over the years, I knew intuitively that it would again play an important role in my life. Finally, in 2007, yoga began to quench my burning desire for a peaceful life like delicate drops of water. Since 2009 I don’t look back and know that yoga is my destiny.
Asanas are only a small step into this world, but an important one if you want to get ahead. Later I went deeper into the practice and learned more about Jnana, Bhakti, Karma and Raja Yoga – at first in self-study and then followed lessons with numerous Indian teachers. Among other things I was initiated into the SaptaRishi path, which focuses on Dhyana Yoga.
My Mandala sequence helps us to familiarize ourselves to our surroundings. A challenging sequence that gets us moving in different directions. A fantastic way to start the weekend with a slow, strong flow.“
